Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Physiotherapist for bank shifts at Goring Hall Hospital in West Sussex. The role is on an “as and when required” basis to cover busy periods and staff leave, with a salary up to £20.86 per hour depending on experience, training and qualification.

You will join the Physiotherapy department and work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation, while maintaining clear patient records and ensuring safety with mobility

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Good clinical reasoning, assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed physiotherapy assessments for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, or post-surgical needs.
• Formulate and deliver individualised treatment plans using a range of evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as exercise therapy, manual techniques, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in accordance with HCPC, CSP, and organisational guidelines.
• Assess for, recommend, and educate on the safe use of mobility aids and therapy equipment.

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapy department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

• Undertake detailed physiotherapy assessments for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, or post-surgical needs.
