Job summary

PHL Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a physiotherapist to provide advanced assessment and treatment for patients with complex and chronic conditions across multiple sites.

The post holder will work autonomously, determine diagnoses and treatment plans, and manage a clinical caseload including private patients, while maintaining meticulous records and contributing to service development and governance.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• CSP registration is required.
• Minimum of two years' physiotherapy experience.
• Exposure to rotational roles in respiratory, MSK and neuro.
• Experience working independently and in lone working.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced assessment and treatment to patients with complex and chronic conditions
• Work autonomously, determining clinical diagnoses and treatment plans
• Manage a clinical caseload, including potential private and staff patients
• Maintain clinical records to a high standard
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the service
• Work within contract-specific KPIs and report statistics to senior management
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies and clinical governance
• Liaise regularly with senior management and contribute to continuous improvement
• Manage delivery of physiotherapy services across multiple locations
• Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints and compliments
• Take part in monthly feedback sessions and meetings with senior management
