Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Physiotherapist to join the adult neuro-developmental team based at Ash Green, Chesterfield, covering North Derbyshire. You will deliver specialist physiotherapy to adults with learning disabilities, providing assessments, treatments and education in a person-centred, evidence-based manner.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy, state registered with HCPC.
• CPD engagement is expected.
• Experience with learning disability populations is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist assessment, treatment, advice and education for clients with a learning disability.
• Provide assessment and recommendations on 24 hour postural management for individuals with complex physical disabilities.
• Work with a range of service providers and agencies to deliver holistic care.
• Educate and train health and social care staff, carers and students.
• Participate in development, planning, delivery and evaluation of Physiotherapy services.
