Job summary

Midwinter Physiotherapy Ltd in England is seeking a HCPC-registered physiotherapist to deliver neurological rehabilitation for adults with complex needs. You will work across communities, focusing on stroke, Parkinson's, MS and learning disability care, with flexible caseloads according to location.

The role includes postural management, respiratory support, and collaboration with families and carers. Full-time, travel across Gloucestershire/Worcestershire regions expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in neurological rehab for adults with stroke, Parkinson's, MS and other conditions.
• Experience with learning disabilities and PMLD.
• Postural management and 24-hour positioning plans.
• In-depth respiratory awareness and airway clearance knowledge.
• Must be HCPC registered and deliver high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat adults with learning disabilities and PMLD.
• Deliver postural management and 24-hour positioning plans.
• Support respiratory care and airway clearance when needed.
• Create personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with families, carers and support staff.
• Train and support teams around the people we care for.
• Champion function, participation and quality of life.
