We are a unique organisation that supports schools, colleges, and individual families to access therapy support that is flexible, innovative, and needs-led. We are one of the only independent therapy companies in London and the Southeast to follow a “pay what you can afford” model.
We are seeking a creative, dedicated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team in September. We offer extensive support, supervision, and CPD opportunities, and our service is highly valued by families and educational settings. The role involves weekly support in designated schools in Bexley and Lambeth, focusing on a specialist secondary/college caseload of students with complex neuro disabilities, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT). Both sites have small specialist caseloads with opportunities for innovative Universal and Targeted support across settings. There are also opportunities to engage in creative projects related to community fitness for children and young people (C&YP) and access to disability sports. As a small company, there is scope to participate in service improvement projects. Support from our MDT, including Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Clinical Psychology colleagues, is available. An interest in working within specialist settings with individuals with learning disabilities is beneficial.
