3.5 Days (term time only also considered) | Permanent
Salary- £44,956 - £53,435 pro rata to include London weighting, (based on experience)
About us:
We are a unique organisation that supports schools, colleges and individual families to access therapy support that is flexible, innovative and needs led. We are one of the only independent therapy companies in London and the Southeast to follow a “pay what you can afford” model.
About the post:
We are looking for a creative, dedicated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team in September – we offer lots of support, supervision and CPD for staff, and run a service that is highly valued by families and settings. The role will involve weekly support in designated schools in Bexley and Lambeth, with an emphasis on a specialist secondary/college caseload of students with complex neuro disability working as part of a supportive MDT. Both sites have a small specialist caseload with lots of scope for innovative Universal and Targeted support across the settings. There is also the opportunity to engage in creative projects around community fitness for children and young people and access to disability sports. As we are a small company, there is scope to get involved in service improvement projects. There is lots of support available from our MDT, along with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Clinical Psychology colleagues. An interest in working within specialist settings with those with learning disabilities is helpful.
