Job summary

Teaching Personnel seeks a Physics Teacher for a Durham secondary school on a long-term supply basis. You will deliver KS3/KS4 Physics with some Combined Science, maintaining a stable timetable from day one.

The role requires a QTS or equivalent and a Physics-related degree. DBS on the Update Service is expected. Start ASAP, with a pathway into permanent employment and ongoing CPD through Teaching Personnel.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent.
• Physics/Engineering degree or related subject.
• Secondary teaching experience.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Teach KS3 and KS4 Physics, plus some Combined Science.
• A-Level experience is a bonus but not required.
• Maintain a full timetable with consistent classes from the start.
