As we develop our exciting research pipeline, we are looking for Physicists to work in CDT's material development, initially within the areas of High Thermal Conductivity Materials, Materials for Nanolithography, and Barocaloric Materials. The roles focus on characterising the properties of CDT's proprietary materials and investigating their performance in applications. You will be responsible for:
A degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering and a related PhD is essential to enable you to add value to our research with your experience of developing understanding of complex materials in the ICT or environment application space.
With outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to all audiences, you will be self-motivated and proactive, with creative and inventive problem-solving abilities. You must understand and thrive on the demands of driven industrial research and be able to demonstrate that you work with the same drive and passion as all our teams.
