Position Overview

Vantage at Wakefield is looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide top-tier rehabilitation services. The PTA will assist in conducting physical therapy programs to facilitate patient rehabilitation and help patients regain their strengths, skills, independence, and confidence to return to an active life.

Responsibilities

1. Work alongside Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
2. Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
3. Assist in assessing the effects of therapy treatments and communicate patient progress.
4. Accurately record and document patient care services.
5. Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
2. Current MA State PTA License.
3. Experience in SNF setting is preferred but not required.
4. Exceptional customer service and patient care skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
