Priory Hospital Kneesworth House in Royston, Hertfordshire, is hiring a Physical Healthcare Nurse for a full-time, 37.5-hour week role. The site operates Monday to Friday, 0900–1700, and offers a supportive team environment with strong clinical governance.

The role involves comprehensive physical health assessments, care planning, and collaboration with primary care. Prior experience in physical health care and ongoing professional development are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' post-registration experience within a physical health care environment.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive physical healthcare assessments on admission and document results.
• Lead and train nursing staff in chronic disease management, diabetes, hypertension, COPD and related care.
• Oversee physical healthcare care plans and prescribing within competency.
• Coordinate with primary care services for screenings, vaccinations and health reviews.
