Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers across the EMEA region.
• Take responsibility for the sales process - end-to-end, technically and commercially.
• Manage existing accounts, build relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Develop new business and accounts through proactive engagement.
• Demonstrate Santec equipment at customer premises and at trade shows.
• Provide feedback to R&D based on market trends and customer activity.
