Job summary

DFYNE is seeking a Photography Team Lead to run our entire photography team. You’ll be an exceptional photographer, lead the team day to day, plan and manage budgets, bookings and admin, while hands-on shooting key work. You’ll report to Sean, Head of Creative, turning vision into a deliverable plan.

This is a new role; you’ll establish guidelines, workflows and team structure from the ground up, ensuring consistent quality across drops.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a professional photographer, across e-commerce, on-model and campaign work.
• 3+ years managing photographers or a studio team, including hiring and performance management.
• Campaign photography experience, in studio and on location, from concept to final images.
• Experience running a large asset library and file workflow.
• Experience writing photography guidelines and training others

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of photographers, provide coaching, 1:1s, feedback and training plans.
• Set clear expectations for quality and output.
• Build culture of high standards, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Manage studio bookings, kit inventory, repairs and insurance.
• Own output and workflow from shoot planning to archiving assets.
• Plan studio schedules and ensure launch deadlines are met.
• Shoot campaigns and manage logistics (shot lists, call sheets, locations, models and budgets).
