Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Lead Photographer to join the Head Office in Plymouth. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy photography studio, leading a talented team to produce engaging, brand-focused imagery for ecommerce, digital marketing, social media and promotional campaigns.

This hands-on leadership role combines creative direction with operational management. You will collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Design, Product and Social Media to ensure shoots meet brand

Qualifications

• Commercial retail photography experience is required.
• Experience leading a photography studio and a creative team.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce, retail and marketing photography.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and awareness of visual trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the photography studio.
• Plan and deliver creative product and lifestyle shoots.
• Design and implement lighting setups, styling concepts, set construction and equipment requirements.
• Ensure all photography aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Design, Product and Social Media teams to develop concepts and imagery.
• Manage studio workflows, schedules and project priorities to meet deadlines.
• Provide leadership and support to the photography team.
• Maintain studio equipment and production resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across studio operations.
• Keep up to date with emerging photography trends.
