Description

Ideal Insight is seeking a Photographer to join our expanding video production and photography agency. We collaborate with a diverse range of brands, from small businesses to global corporations such as Amazon, Samsung, Vodafone, and Citroën.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Management team to plan, shoot, and edit various photography projects across the UK, including property, studio shoots, and 360-degree virtual tours.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, photograph, and edit photography projects, including property showcases, headshots, lifestyle, product, and studio shoots.
• Manage Google Virtual Tour (360 photography) projects, which constitute about 50% of the role, primarily for a major UK care home brand, involving significant travel.
• Provide or receive full training as needed.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure content meets client briefs and deadlines.
• Assist the video crew on shoots as a runner or assistant and capture behind-the-scenes content for social media.
• Maintain responsibility for company photography equipment, reporting any repair or replacement needs.
• Suggest operational improvements to line management.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate-style photography with a portfolio.
• Expertise in photo editing, proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Willingness to learn 360 Virtual Tour photography.
• Strong communication skills for client and internal interactions.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Positive attitude and a logical approach to projects.
• Hybrid work model: in the London office twice a week unless on shoots.
• Availability to travel and stay overnight across the UK is essential.
• Having a car and professional photography equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
