Thesleff Group is seeking a talented in-house Photographer & Videographer to capture the essence of our award-winning hospitality brands through stunning visual storytelling. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to shape the visual identity of some of London's most renowned restaurants and bars, producing high-quality content for digital, social, and marketing campaigns.

We are expanding our Marketing and Creative teams to support our current brands and upcoming openings. Our portfolio includes Los Mochis restaurants in Notting Hill & London City, Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge, Viajante87 cocktail bar, and Omakase - JUNO & LUNA. The successful candidate will work across all venues, creating dynamic photography and videography content.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of venues, food, cocktails, events, and brand experiences
• Maintain clear visual identity for each brand
• Create compelling content for social media, websites, advertising, and PR
• Collaborate with marketing to execute engaging campaigns
• Edit photos and videos to reflect the luxury and high-end aesthetic of our venues
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and stay current with social media trends
• Plan and execute shoots across multiple venues, managing lighting, composition, and post-production
• Organize and manage a content library for marketing use
• Work with chefs, bartenders, and events teams to capture menu items and behind-the-scenes content
• Stay updated on visual trends in hospitality and luxury sectors

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, preferably in hospitality, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating food, drink, interiors, events, and videography
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Creative and strategic mindset to produce engaging content aligned with brand goals
• Excellent organizational skills for planning, shooting, and editing efficiently
• Experience with lighting, camera operation, and audio recording
• Knowledge of social media trends and platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Passion for storytelling and hospitality, with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
