Job summary

The Recruitment Experts is seeking an experienced Property Photographer / Lister for a role in West Bridgford. The position offers £28,000 base salary plus £200 monthly car allowance and a Monday–Friday pattern with one Saturday every three weeks.

Own car is essential and drone training is provided to develop skills. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of photography experience, a passion for homes, and a strong eye for detailing property presentation.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential properties to a high standard.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Photographer / Lister to join a successful and forward-thinking estate agency in West Bridgford.

We're looking for someone with ideally at least one year's photography experience, a genuine passion for property and, most importantly, a great eye for capturing homes at their very best.

This is more than simply taking photographs. You'll be responsible for creating the high-quality marketing material that helps properties stand out, attract attention and ultimately sell.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

• Photographing residential properties to a high professional standard
• Producing accurate floor plans and property measurements
• Capturing the best features of each property through photography
• Taking high-quality internal and external photographs
• Preparing properties for photography and ensuring they are presented at their best
• Producing drone photography - full training will be provided
• Creating engaging property marketing material
• Working closely with the sales team and clients
• Travelling to properties throughout the local area

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, you'll have:

• At least 1 year's photography experience
• A genuine passion for photography and an excellent eye for detail
• A strong interest in houses, interiors and property
• The ability to make a property look its absolute best through photography
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when taking measurements and producing floor plans
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional, friendly and organised approach
• Full UK driving licence and your own car - essential
• A smart-casual appearance and professional manner

Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous but isn't essential. What's important is that you understand how to photograph a home in a way that makes people want to view it.

DRONE TRAINING PROVIDED

No professional drone experience? No problem.

Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop your drone photography skills and add another valuable string to your bow.
