Job summary

Dexters is hiring for a full-time photography position with comprehensive training in photography and floor plan work. You will produce high-quality images for Sales and Lettings offices and liaise with internal teams and clients across multiple London locations.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong communication, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure. Training will cover both photography and related duties, with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, either in study or personal/professional work.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and photo editing techniques.
• Strong eye for detail and spatial awareness to capture accurate floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photographs and floor plans for Sales and Lettings offices.
• Liaise with bookings admins, offices and external clients.
• Return completed work within deadlines.
• Full training will be provided for both photography and duties.

Job description

We’re seeking motivated, and enthusiastic individuals with a background in design or photography who are ready to take their first step into a full-time photography role. With comprehensive training and development provided, the ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for photography and a strong desire to build a long-term career with us.

Salary: £29,500-£35,000 OTE

Location: Multiple positions available. Base office at either Teddington, Wimbledon, Notting Hill, London Bridge or Islington depending on location.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Produce consistent high-quality photographs and floor plans for our Sales and Letting offices.
• Liaise with the Bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices and external clients.
• Return completed work to offices within required deadlines.
• Full training will be provided for both aspects of the role

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and car required
• Smart and well presented.
• Punctual and highly organised.
• Excellent customer service.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good general knowledge of the London Area.
• Confident with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to be put on the Domestic Energy Assessors course within the first 6-12 months of your employment.
