//JOB DESCRIPTION

As a small and dynamic company, this role wears many hats and offers plenty of variety. We’re looking for a Photo Studio Assistant & Junior Social Media Manager who can support both the admin for the creative flow of our photography studio and the ongoing growth of our social media presence.

You’ll be an integral part of our close-knit team – working side by side with Photographers, Production Managers, and our Social Media Manager. From helping on set, keeping the studio tidy to posting on socials and writing blog content, no two days will be the same. We’re a busy, collaborative studio, and we’re looking for someone who’s just as passionate and adaptable as we are.

//KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a clean, organised studio environment
  • Manage prop storage and stock room
  • Fetching props and supplies
  • Assist photographers during shoots (including hand modelling or general modelling if needed)
  • Help with food and drink styling
  • Host clients – coffee, snacks and good vibes!

2.Social Media& Marketing

  • After training, take on the responsibility of managing client accounts and drive client social success
  • Post on Instagram stories daily and assist with posting on other social platforms
  • Write blog content for the website and LinkedIn
  • Support the development of social content

//WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’re highly organised, digitally savvy and great with people. You don’t mind switching between admin tasks, creative support, and social media. You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and always ready to pitch in wherever needed. If you’re a team player with a love for food, drink, and photography – this could be the perfect fit.

//ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in posting on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Portfolio of video creation and photography (can be UGC style)
  • High computer literacy
  • Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (useful for prop sourcing or travel to location shoots)

//DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience with Google Suite and Canva
  • Professional experience in marketing or social media
  • A good visual eye
  • Interest in photography, food, and drink
  • Willingness to appear on camera when needed
  • Food styling or cooking experience
  • Able to travel for shoots, on rare occasion with overnight stay

//WHAT YOU WILL GET

  • A fun, fast-paced and creative studio environment
  • A supportive, sociable team (with a well-stocked snack drawer!)
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and take on new responsibilities
  • Social events and an environment where your ideas are welcomed
  • Be part of an exciting growing new creative studio

//HOW TO APPLY

Apply with your CV and cover letter, and we’ll follow up by asking you to send a short (2-minute) video introducing yourself and sharing why you think you’d be a great fit for the role. If we think we are a match, we’ll invite you in for an informal face-to-face interview.
