Pure Pet Food in Leeds is seeking an entry-level, full-time Sales/Customer Service Advisor. You will engage customers by phone and email, with some chat and social media support, to sell products and retain customers throughout their journey.

You’ll be target-driven, communicate clearly, and use data to improve outcomes. The role runs 8:30–5:00, Monday–Friday with weekend rotation, offering £26,658.45 base plus commission in a growing, dog-loving team.

Qualifications

• Target-driven with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Able to make outbound calls and upsell to retain customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.
