Job summary

Randox Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for our Great Portland Street clinic in London. You will collect blood samples from private and corporate clients, ensure data accuracy in our systems, and maintain high standards of client care.

The role requires phlebotomy experience and a certificate, strong IT skills, and excellent communication. Shifts are 4 on 4 off, 7am–7pm, with flexibility for additional coverage across Randox Health clinics in the cluster.

Qualifications

• Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month.
• Strong communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients in the clinic.
• Maintain accurate records in our Patient Information Systems (PIS).
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Drive sales and exceed targets.
• Assist with reception and other administrative duties.
• Complete labelling and order forms accurately.
• Use multiple software systems for daily tasks.
