Phlebotomist

£20,837.25 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 pa with commission, expenses, and overtime, expenses and benefits)

We are looking to recruit from various areas including Buckie, Cullen, Portsoy, Banff, Crovie, Fochabers, and Keith.

If you join us, you'll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of making health confidence accessible to all.

Hours

30 hours per week, consisting of:

1. Three 10-hour shifts per week (excluding travel time), any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis.
2. Shifts scheduled between 6am and 10pm based on team allocation.
3. Rota released 3 weeks in advance, on a rolling basis.

Base salary of £20,837.25 per year, with an OTE of up to £38,000 including commission, expenses, and overtime, plus standard benefits.

Responsibilities

At Bluecrest, we prioritize high-quality service, working in various clinics and venues across your region. Your day will involve planning your route, traveling to your venue (expect 30 minutes to 2 hours travel), setting up your kit, and greeting customers.

You will conduct health assessments such as PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests, providing advice on further testing when appropriate. You will also update and maintain all relevant records.

Note: You will not be responsible for relaying results or lifestyle advice after assessments.
