Job summary

The role involves upselling at our private health clinic, handling front desk duties, and driving sales while maintaining accurate records. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, including weekends, with vaccination requirements and English right to work.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our PIS.
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Help out with reception and front of house duties.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
