Job summary

Randox Health on Kings Road, Chelsea in London seeks a Phlebotomist to join our clinic team. You will collect blood samples from private and corporate clients, handle data entry in our Patient Information System, and maintain accurate records.

You may also assist with upselling services at our private health clinic while representing Randox Health professionally at offsite events. The role requires Phlebotomy certification, IT proficiency, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in UK without visa sponsorship.
• Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients.
• Conduct comprehensive client appointments including blood and urine sample collection and data entry into our PIS.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload relevant documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and lab test order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
