Job summary

Randox Health in York is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our clinic inside Holland & Barrett. You will collect blood samples from private and corporate clients and enter data into our Patient Information System, delivering exceptional service from arrival to sample collection.

The role requires Phlebotomy certification, IT proficiency, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a mix of full-time or part-time shifts. Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship is essential.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
• Proficient with IT programmes and patient information systems.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends; able to work offsite locations monthly.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood and urine sample collection and data entry into PIS.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload relevant documentation.
• Provide excellent customer experience from entry to service.
• Represent the company at offsite events and appointments.
• Upsell and cross-sell at the private health clinic.
• Assist with reception and administrative duties.
• Label specimens and complete lab order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage software systems.
