Randox Health in Southampton, located in a Holland & Barrett store, is seeking a Phlebotomist. The role involves collecting blood samples from private and corporate clients, accurate data entry into the PIS, and maintaining records.

The successful candidate may need to work evenings/weekends and from offsite locations periodically. Applicants should have a Phlebotomy certificate, be comfortable with IT systems, and have the right to work without visa sponsorship.

Formación

• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to work from offsite locations at least once per month.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct blood and urine sample collection for private and corporate clients.
• Record data in PIS accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Represent Randox Health professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Upsell and cross-sell at our private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Complete specimen labelling and laboratory test order forms.
• Manage multiple software systems and daily tasks with high IT literacy.
