Job summary

Randox Health in Cheltenham is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our clinic located in the John Lewis store. You will collect blood samples from private and corporate clients, perform data entry, and support front-of-house duties within a fast-paced health-clinic environment.

The role requires Hepatitis B vaccination or willingness to obtain it after interview, and an enhanced DBS check. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months; visa sponsorship is not offered at hire.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients and enter data into PIS.
• Communicate clearly to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload documentation.
• Represent Randox Health professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Upsell and cross-sell at the private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and meet/exceed targets.
• Assist with reception and other front-of-house admin duties.
• Complete forms, label specimens and order tests accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to use multiple software systems.
