Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Phlebotomist for our Milton Keynes clinic located in the John Lewis store. The role involves blood collection from private and corporate clients, with a 40-hour week on a 7-day rota and DBS check as per Care Quality Commission guidelines.

Vaccination against Hepatitis B is recommended and right to work in the UK is required. You will maintain patient records in our Information Systems, support offsite events, and contribute to sales of private clinic services.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent training is required.
• Excellent IT literacy and ability to use computer systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood collection for private and corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the Patient Information System (PIS).
• Represent Randox Health professionally at events and appointments.
• Assist with upselling and promoting private health clinic services.
• Drive sales and meet targets.
• Complete forms, labeling, and order handling accurately.
• Demonstrate proficiency with various software systems.
