We seek an exceptional Philanthropy Systems and Data Manager to play a vital role in delivering our transformational fundraising efforts, most notably, our bold and exciting Library Transformation Project. This role involves overseeing systems, processes, and data that support our success, ensuring they are operationally sound and exemplary. You will be part of our Philanthropy Operations team, ensuring donations are processed accurately, data remains pristine, and insights are shared across the organization. Your work will empower colleagues, engage donors, and support strategic decisions across our university-wide campaigns.
We’re seeking someone who thrives on complexity, applies rigour to their work, and recognizes the power of great data to drive change. You will take ownership of our CRM (Blackbaud’s Senator), lead data integrity initiatives, manage high-value donation processes, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and impact.
