About the Role
As the Apprenticeship Data and Compliance Manager at Queen Mary, University of London, you'll lead initiatives to enhance apprenticeship data quality, integrity, and usability across the apprenticeship provision. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll develop and manage ESFA and Ofsted data requirements, prioritize improvements, and establish automated data quality reporting systems (using the SMART Assessor LMS system) to drive better decision-making and operational efficiency.
Additionally, you will ensure that data and claims records are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner, meeting ESFA requirements, including validation and accuracy of all PDSAT and FRM reports, and resolving any D-Lock errors. You should have thorough knowledge and experience in producing and submitting the ILR return, including data collection, quality assurance, ILR coding, and final file production.
About You
You will have significant, up-to-date operational experience managing ESFA data returns according to funding rules, with demonstrable success in improving compliance. You should possess excellent management skills and be comfortable working collaboratively. Since the role covers ESFA, Ofsted, and other regulatory returns, you must establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and stay informed about changes to ESFA funding rules.
Please note, a minimum of 3 days a week onsite work at department W, Mile End, is required.
