Job summary

Qualifications

  • Wet lab skills in flow cytometry, imaging, tissue processing.
  • Training in in silico analysis of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics.

Responsibilities

  • Perform immunology experiments and tissue processing; assist in in vivo and in vitro assays.
  • Analyze single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data; integrate with experimental results.
  • Collaborate with the Halim lab and core facilities; present findings in group meetings.
