Job summary

Woodlands School in Harrow is seeking an innovative Phase 1 Leader. This permanent role combines leading Phase 1, delivering English or maths across the school, and teaching a class four days per week with Phase Leader/PPA time for one day per week.

The successful candidate will drive the EYFS curriculum, oversee transitions for new pupils, and contribute to a dynamic, supportive school community with targeted induction and coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a key phase in a school.
• Ability to teach across EYFS and core subjects.
• Ability to initiate creative approaches to learning and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase 1 across Woodlands School.
• Teach a class 4 days a week.
• Provide Phase Leader/PPA time 1 day a week.
• Oversee EYFS curriculum and transitions; lead English or maths across the school.
