Job summary

Chase Medical has a part-time Pharmacy Technician position north of Central Sheffield within a well-established GP practice. The contract runs nine months to cover maternity leave, with 20-30 hours per week and hybrid working options.

You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team and be responsible for dispensing, processing prescriptions, and packing/labelling medications, with a competitive salary and flexible interview discussions.

• Experience dispensing medications in a GP practice environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join a well-established and highly regarded GP practice just North of Central Sheffield. The practice is seeking to cover maternity leave, offering a contract with a fixed-term of 9 months, spanning October-June.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive multidisciplinary team within a practice known for its strong community reputation and positive CQC rating. You’ll also be joining a specialist pharmacy team within the PCN, offering additional clinical support, collaboration, and opportunities to further develop your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing new prescription and refill requests for patients
• Dispensing medication to patients per the prescription, or provider's orders
• Packing and labelling a prescribed medication
