Primary Integrated Community Services Ltd in Nottingham West PCN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join a forward-thinking team. The role emphasizes medicines optimisation, patient-facing support and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary PCN.

The post offers 22.5 hours per week with flexible days, access to CPPE development, and a supportive environment focused on medication safety and cost-effective prescribing.

Qualifications

• General Pharmaceutical Council registration
• Good clinical knowledge including terminology and understanding of pharmacy law, ethics and current legislation
• Evidence of continued professional development

Responsabilités

• Undertake patient facing and patient supporting roles to ensure effective medicines use through shared decision-making conversations with patients
• Carry out medicines optimisation tasks including medicine administration checks, supporting reviews and reconciliation
• Support the PCN multi-disciplinary team and contribute to Medicines Optimisation across practice teams
• Promote and support EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) and electronic repeat dispensing (eRD) implementations
