Job summary

The Wilmslow Hospital Pharmacy is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to join our dedicated team in The Wilmslow Hospital, Manchester. You will support dispensary operations, stock control and ward top-ups, contributing to a high standard of patient care in a private healthcare setting.

We value registered technicians with strong pharmaceutical knowledge, who can work autonomously yet alongside a collaborative team, ensuring efficient service and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration as Pharmacy Technician is required.
• NVQ/BTEC Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent qualification.
• Accredited Checking Technician status is desirable.
• Experience working within a pharmacy as a qualified technician.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing and preparation of medicines.
• Manage pharmacy stock control and procurement.
• Support ward top-ups and medicines distribution.
• Contribute to day-to-day running of the Pharmacy team.
