Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) in Croydon is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy pharmacy team. This role develops the skills to become a registered Pharmacy Technician through a Level 3 integrated apprenticeship.

You will support safe, lawful supply of medicines while learning from pharmacists and the healthcare team, with potential for full-time employment after completion.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English (desirable)
• Maths/English Level 2 or equivalent; tests on arrival if not held
• Apprenticeship and training provided as part of the program
• On successful completion you will be eligible to register with the GPhC

Responsibilities

• Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately
• Providing person-centred advice to patients on prescriptions and OTC medicines
• Supporting day-to-day running of the pharmacy including stock control and governance
• Supervising/supporting pharmacy staff as you progress in the role
• Assisting with training and mentoring new staff members
• Maintaining high standards through auditing and responding to feedback
