Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) in the Lancaster area is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy pharmacy team and develop the skills to become a registered Pharmacy Technician. This role offers hands-on training and structured learning while you work.

You will study Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship (integrated) and gain practical experience in medicines management, patient advice, stock control and governance, with the aim of earning a nationally recognised

Qualifications

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English.
Interest in pharmacy and healthcare.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately.
Providing person-centred advice to patients on prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
Supporting day-to-day running of the pharmacy, including stock control and governance.
Supervising and supporting staff as you progress in the role.
Assisting with training and mentoring new members of staff.
Maintaining high standards through auditing, evaluating services and feedback.
