Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy pharmacy team in Telford. The role offers progression to a registered Pharmacy Technician and provides Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship training with blended delivery.

You will support safe, effective medicines supply, work with pharmacists and healthcare staff, and gain hands-on experience across dispensing, customer service and stock control.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at A-C/4-9 or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately.
• Providing person-centred advice to patients on prescription and OTC medicines.
• Supporting day-to-day running of the pharmacy, including business processes, stock control and governance.
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy support staff as you progress in the role.
• Assisting with training and mentoring new staff.
• Maintaining high standards through auditing and responding to feedback.
