Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) in Staines-upon-Thames is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress within pharmacy and develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a registered Pharmacy Technician.

The apprenticeship offers Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship training through blended learning and a pathway to GPhC registration, with potential for full-time employment on successful completion.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Interest in pharmacy and healthcare.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines safely.
• Providing patient advice on prescription medicines and OTC products.
• Supporting day-to-day running of the pharmacy including stock control.
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy support staff as you progress.
• Assisting with training and mentoring new staff.
• Maintaining high standards through auditing and feedback.
