Job summary

A Pharmacy Technician Apprentice role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Plymouth enables you to support safe, lawful medicine supply while learning from pharmacists and the wider healthcare team. This apprenticeship is designed for progression to a registered Pharmacy Technician.

You will gain hands-on experience in medicines management, patient advice, stock control and staff mentoring, with blended learning and a pathway to GPhC registration on completion.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English.
• Willingness to commit to the full length of the apprenticeship and working hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately.
• Providing person-centred advice to patients on prescription and OTC medicines.
• Supporting day-to-day running of the pharmacy including stock control and governance.
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy staff as you progress.
