Accuracy and care are central to this role. You will oversee the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the daily dispensary activities. You will be an expert in the technical aspects of medicine supply while delivering excellent patient care.
Guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, you’ll play a key role in growing our business.
You will help ensure the safe and efficient running of the pharmacy and healthcare operations, managing the dispensary daily activities.
We offer an exciting career opportunity to advance your pharmacy journey. You need an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Beyond experience, we seek individuals with a genuine passion for customer care, capable of leading the dispensary team and executing pharmacy strategies collaboratively.
Additionally, you should have completed a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent.
You may wish to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT); we provide training and support for this. As you develop your healthcare expertise, your pay and benefits will reflect your growth.
