Main duties of the job
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, responsibilities include delivering comprehensive medicine management, focusing on medicines reconciliation, discharge facilitation, patient counseling, medicines supply, and supporting clinics for clozapine and depot injections. Additional duties involve participating in audits, teaching, and supporting clozapine supply and monitoring in the community, including near-patient testing.
