A leading pharmacy chain in the UK is seeking a pharmacy team leader to oversee dispensary operations and ensure exceptional patient care. This role involves legal and ethical decision-making, team leadership, and the opportunity to develop your pharmacy career. Accuracy and care define this role. You will ensure the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare business, lead the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, and be an expert in the technical aspects of medicine supply while delivering excellent patient care.
Guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, you’ll influence the growth of our business.
You will help deliver the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare business, and lead the day-to-day running of the dispensary.
We’re offering you an exciting career opportunity. To join us, you need an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent), and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
We value genuine passion for customer care, leadership in the dispensary team, and the ability to support and deliver pharmacy strategy.
Completion of a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent is also required.
You may wish to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT); we can provide training and support for this. Developing your healthcare knowledge through these qualifications and roles will be reflected in your pay and benefits.
