Job summary

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team. The role offers a salary of up to £42,000 and is a full-time position. The schedule includes 07:00-19:00 shifts with one set of night shifts (3/4) every 3-4 weeks (19:00-07:00).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop high quality, consistent, patient-focused pharmacy services in conjunction with clinical and patient services staff.
• Participate in the efficient day to day running of the dispensary and assisting the lead/senior technician/ Pharmacist when required.
• Prepare labels using the pharmacy computer system and correctly assemble prescriptions, ensuring each item is accurately dispensed and in the correct packaging, according to SOP.
• Organise the timely supply of out-of-stock medication to patients, prioritising and delegating this to other pharmacy team members when necessary.
• Counsel patients on the use of their dispensed medications, offering advice and answering any queries.
