Job summary

Well Pharmacy is seeking an inspiring Pharmacy Team Manager to lead one of our community pharmacies in the UK. You will be responsible for the overall performance, delivering an excellent patient and customer experience and driving growth in prescriptions and sales.

You will manage, coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring safe, ethical operation in line with regulations, while building strong community relationships and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a retail, hospitality, healthcare or customer-focused operation.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, resilient approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure the pharmacy operates safely, ethically and in line with all regulatory requirements.

You'll:

Are you an experienced retail leader who thrives on developing people, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving commercial success?, We're looking for someone with proven leadership experience who enjoys taking ownership, inspiring teams and delivering results.

You’ll have:

Previous community pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential. We'll provide the support you need to understand the pharmacy environment and work alongside our pharmacy professionals.
