Job Opportunity: Pharmacy Support Worker

Location/Trust: Chelmsford (general area)

Pay Rates (Hourly): Days: £; Saturdays/Nights: £17; Sundays/Bank Holidays: £21

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have at least 6 months of paid experience in a similar role within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities:

• Provision of pharmacy supply services to CMHTs and community-based services.
• Day provision of vaccines for the Immunisation service to schools and clinics across Essex. Liaise with Immunisation team staff and oversee the processing of unused vaccines returned to Pharmacy.
• Identify stock discrepancies and investigate causes in ward and team bases, reporting findings to senior staff.
• Handle routine stock enquiries, liaise with the Pharmacy Stores Manager/Procurement Lead, and maintain stock lists and orders.
