Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Pharmacy Services Assistant to support Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in delivering safe, compassionate pharmacy services to the communities we serve. You will help prepare and dispense medications, assist customers and maintain stock with accuracy.

The role emphasizes patient care, confidentiality and ongoing training. A Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant qualification is required, and experience in a pharmacy environment is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant qualification or Dispensing qualification.
• Strong customer service mindset with a caring approach.
• Commitment to accuracy and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions under Pharmacist supervision.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and advise on healthcare products.
• Support stock control: ordering, receiving and maintaining pharmaceutical stock.
• Carry out basic health checks and support pharmacy services.
• Maintain high professional standards and patient confidentiality.
