Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Pharmacy Services Assistant to join our community-focused team. You will assist Pharmacists by preparing prescriptions, dispensing under supervision, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service to patients and customers.
You will also help manage stock, support the smooth operation of the pharmacy, and participate in basic health checks and patient care activities, all while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.
Competenze
- Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant and/or Dispensing.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred.
- Careful, accurate and confidential handling of information.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Mansioni
- Preparing and dispensing prescriptions under supervision of a Pharmacist.
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service and signposting to services.
- Ordering, receiving and maintaining pharmaceutical stock and records.
- Carrying out basic health checks and supporting pharmacy services.
- Continuing training to maintain professional standards and patient confidentiality.
