Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op’s pharmacy team seeks a Pharmacy Services Assistant dedicated to patient care and community health. You will assist pharmacists in preparing prescriptions, guide customers on healthcare products, and help manage stock with precision and care.

You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, community-focused environment, develop pharmacy knowledge through training, and uphold confidentiality while delivering compassionate service daily.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant and/or Dispensing.
• Experience in a pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Strong customer care and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions under supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and advise on healthcare products.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and maintaining pharmaceutical stock and accurate records.
• Carry out basic health checks and support pharmacy services to improve community health.
• Develop knowledge through ongoing training while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
