Job summary

Skills 4 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in the United Kingdom. You will support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, assist customers at the counter, and learn under a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and support.

You’ll handle stock, prepare and supply prescriptions under supervision, use pharmacy systems, and help maintain safety, records and cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Enthusiasm for healthcare and helping customers.
• Willingness to learn and undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy and assist customers.
• Assist with prescriptions under supervision and maintain accurate records.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain stock rotation.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service as part of the team.
