Job summary

Skills 4 Pharmacy in the United Kingdom is offering a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice role. You will work full-time, train on the job, and complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and support.

You will assist customers, help with prescriptions under supervision, handle stock and learn pharmacy systems while upholding safety and confidentiality. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English (desirable)
• Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 apprenticeship training provided with the job
• No prior pharmacy experience required; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries
• Help with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision
• Handle stock, deliveries and keep records up to date
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety and confidentiality
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Support day-to-day running of the pharmacy
